Book Club

Are you interested in reading a great book about Madness, Medicine, and the Murder of President James Garfield? Join our One School, One Book late start book talks. Our first meeting is on January 23rd in room A101 during late start. Bring a friend and come enjoy an interesting book about our local President! See your English teacher to sign up.



Study Halls in Digital Lab C will be moved to Digital Lab B during the weeks of January 14 and 21st to allow for Scheduling presentations. Health classes in mods 7-8 and 11-12 will report to the Fine Arts Center for class during these weeks.


LEAF will hold a free informational session on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. Planning a Campus Visit is designed for High School Juniors and their parent(s). We will address questions you should ask, and who you should talk to when visiting a college campus. The session is free, and will be held at the LEAF Resource Center in Lakeland Community College at 7700 Clocktower Drive, Kirtland, OH, room A-2101. Kent State is hosting an Explore Chemistry Day from 10-2 on Feb. 9. Students will be introduced to life as chemistry and biochemistry students at KSU. If you're interested in attending, register at: www.kent.edu/chemistry/explore-kent-chemistry-day


Cleveland State University has announced their "Engineer for a Day" Job Shadowing program to be held on Friday, Feb. 22, 2019. Stop by the Guidance Office, room A114, for more information. Students will be placed at engineering firms in the Cleveland area. Students in grades 9-12 with a strong interest in engineering are eligible to apply.
